The video today focuses on exercises you can do at work, school or simply at home in front of the TV which will help your body and therefore rugby performance. Many of these build off the previous video about secret techniques that improve your body that you have never heard of.

The two exercises shown focus on increasing foot strength (and therefore sprinting speed/tackling) and how to increase hamstring length without stretching the hamstrings!!
