I was watching total rugby the other day and loved seeing the results of their 6 week fitness transformation challenge. The guy, a “normal” player like you or I shows us what can happen when you combine diet and an effective training routine. It is something I have seen happen so many times . The body is ready to change, it just needs you to help it along.
