This video is of a base plyometric exercise demonstrated by me and then with examples of how it looks when rugby players perform it in training. The video is of a super simple and low intensity plyometric exercise yet as you can see none of the players are even close to getting the technique right. They neither have the strength, power nor co-ordination to master this exercise (it will come with practice).
